Power Yoga

Vinyasa yoga focuses on breath generating internal heat, fully integrating every muscle in your body. You will learn to find the beautiful balance between push and surrender.

Slow Flow Yoga

Similar to power yoga, but breath is linked with slower, more intentional movements. Postures are held longer to increase both physical and mental endurance creating energy and clarity.

Yin Yoga

Restore your mind and body with this class that focuses on long held stretching postures that go beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body. The result is increases flexibility and mobility and release of stagnant energy in the body.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Give your body the best of both worlds with sun salutations and power yoga postures and ending with deep yin stretching. You will leave feeling connected and calm, yet physically and mentally energized.

Hangover Yoga*

Ease the symptoms of "one too many the night before" with gentle, restorative postures, essential oils, weighted lavender eye pillows, and peppermint tea.
